Q - Where and how can I see this computer in person?
A - By appointment only, by sending an email or by calling my cell at (901) 287-1825. We have two time slots only: Saturdays at 12:00 pm and Mondays at 12:00 pm, but you must send us an email to let us know in advance or call first.The address is 1344 Goodman Road West, at the Outback Storage Company Meeting Room located at Bullfrog Corner right behind the McDonald's restaurant. If you have any questions call Pierre at (901) 287-1825 (cell). Please do not call Outback Storage Company office.
Q - What form of online payment do you accept online?
A - Our method of payment is Paypal. It's easy, safe and secure.
Q - Do I have to be a registered club member subscriber to buy?
A - Yes, It costs $20 per year to be a member. When you become a member through paypal, you will be issued a username and password to login to buy on the day of the sale.
Q - I want to be a registered club member subscriber, how can I become a member?
A - If you desire to be a club member, just click the paypal subscription button below to become a club member and to get your username and password.
Q - Is my subscription going to renew itself automatically every year?
A - Yes, your subscription is a recurring subscription. Paypal will renew your subscription automatically every year unless you cancel yourself.
Q - Do you have a 30-Day-Money Back guarantee?
A - Yes, we have a 30-Day-Money Back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving this computer, we will refund your purchase price.
Q - Do you ship or deliver?
A - Yes, we ship only to the lower 48 of United States only. We do not ship to other countries, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto-Rico. If you live in Desoto County Mississippi, Shelby County Tennessee and surrounding areas, local pick up and free setup are available. If you're a club member who doesn't live locally, we offer free shipping when you buy.
Q - What day of the week do you deliver locally?
A - Free setup and local delivery are available only on Saturdays and Mondays. If you live out of town or out of state, we will ship to your home free.
Q - Why do you announce the item sale date on the website?
A - So that, all of our club members can have a chance to buy the best deal on the internet.
Q - Do you send your club members emails?
A - No, the only email you might get is when you first become a member which has to do with username and password or customer service issues. We do not send out emails about our current and future sale. As a club member, you have to visit our website to stay up to date on current and future sale.
